I really enjoyed creating an entirely new identity for the Deakin Geelong Queer Collective, bursting with colour and curvy fun typography. We felt a rainbow colour palette was the best way to communicate inclusivity and pride in a way that could appeal to any member of the queer community. The colours are inspired by the original rainbow flag, but adjusted slightly to give a more contemporary and youthful feel.
The logo needed to successfully work across a range of mediums, such as club merchandise, signage, and their social media channels. An alternate version inverts the colours on the design to give some variety for merchandise.
